Apple is expected to continue with the same display sizes. The iPhone 7 is likely to feature a 4.7-inch 3D touch display while the larger iPhone 7 Plus is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display. Apple might bump up the resolution.

2) A10 Processer:

The next iPhones will be powered by Apple A10 processor. While the iPhone 7 is expected to come with 2GB RAM, Apple might offer double RAM of 4GB in the bigger iPhone 7 Plus. Also, the iPhone 7 Plus is likely to run the same processor with increased clock speed.

3) Minimum Storage 32Gb:

Apple is rumoured to discontinue 16GB storage variants for its next iPhone. The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is expected to feature a minimum of 32GB internal storage. Rumours have it that Apple might introduce a 256GB storage variant for business users.

5) Smarter Keyboard:

Apple will, of course, power its next iPhones with the latest version of iOS 10. It offers a smarter virtual keyboard which can now give intelligent suggestions, and can get help from Siri too. The new iOS brings notable improvements to the Photos app as well. It is now powered by advanced machine learning technology for enhanced facial recognition.

Apple will back the hardware of its next iPhones with bigger batteries. The iPhone 7 is expected to be powered by a 3,000mAh battery while the Plus variant will, in all probability, will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

7) No Headphone:

Apple is speculated to ditch the traditional analog 3.5mm headphone socket for Lightning headphones in its next iPhones. While there is no concrete evidence of it yet, experts believe that Apple will bundle its regular 3.5mm earpods with the next iPhone along with an adapter for free.

8) Fast Charging:

With a bigger battery, Apple should finally introduce fast charging in its upcoming iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. However, there is no confirmed reports on Apple looking at fast charging yet. Also, experts believe that it is highly unlikely that Apple might ditch it for now.
